Jayson Tatum was not the only NBA All-Star to have his signature officially unveiled during the NBA’s midsason celebration. Donovan Mitchell of the Cleveland Cavaliers also had the latest iteration of his signature line- the Adidas D.O.N. Issue 5.
The black mesh of the upper is overlaid with blue that transitions to a darker shade as it approaches and wraps the heel. Three Stripes branding is seen on both lateral and medial sides, along with Mitchell’s spider logo appearing on the tongue. D.O.N. ( Dtermination Over Negativity) branding appears on the medial side.
Underneath resides a blue Lightstrike midsole whose visual follows the same cues as that of the upper, transitioning from lighter to darker toward the heel, and a rubber outsole.
The Adidas D.O.N. Issue 5 is expected to debut sometime over the course of the coming months at adidas.com and select retail venues.
